Hi mam/sir my son of age 4 he is getting thin but he eats every thing what to do to get his body gain

My baby is 5 and half months old. He is coughing a lot. At night he is having disturb sleep due to coughing . What home remedies can be suggested. He is also having running nose. Please suggest n guide .

My two year old son often complain about pain in right toe or near about it happens every 2 or 4 nights since he was about 6 or 8 months old. In the day light he has never complained about the pain but while going to sleep it starts and he wakes up in the night with high pain that he cries for 30 minutes due to pain holding his toe. We try to rub or massage but it never helps we have start giving ibugesic for pain relief so it reduce the pain. We have asked this to many doctors in regular visit but all never took it seriously as if it is unknown to them some said vitamin deficiency some said growing pain and some said physiological but no medicine. I am very much worried that it turn to a very serious problem if not identify also don't know which kind of specialist i should visit for this.

My son is 21 months old . He like to drink milk and he drinks 18 oz milk in a day . But he refuses to eat rice, veggies, chicken etc like solid foods . But he doesn't have any digestion issues . He can digest all foods like rice, roti, chicken, fish , eggs, nuts , fruits etc. he want to drinks more milk . His weight is 11 kg . Is to good or bad to drink much milk in this age

Urine Test report Color=pale yellow,.. appearance= clear,... pH: 6.0,..specific gravity=1.025,..glucose and protein =nill,...blood =absent,..kebone bodies = positive,..bilesalt and bilepigment = negitive,..nitrite = absent , pus cells =2-3, .. epithelial cells =1-2,...rbc and others =nill,...,... ..., Crp= 3.9 ,complete blood count report is normal . Having light fever and cough two days back for 4 days. Can some please suggest

Hi doctor. Son was not well last week and had high fever. we showed to doctor. Later he recovered . Exactly after 7 days, similar kind of fever symptoms is arising,i mean fever is there in the night and morning fever is not there. Kindly suggest me the action Thanks Santhosh
