Child Health Issues

My kid is suffering from cough and running nose for past 2 days ,she vomited yesterday, vomit full of mucus, she is playful and no fever ,normal body temperature ,today running nose has been reduced and cough also better, shall I apply camphor dissolved warm coconut oil massage or baby vicks, please suggest

My kid ate all veggies and fish till she is 1.5years, but aftet that she slowly reduced eating veggies and other foods, now she is 3years old ,she is eating only curd rice, ghee rice or plain rice and plain dhosa without any curry/sidedish, not taking any healthy foods , I am worried whether this will continue last long, weight is 11kg only for past 1yr ,no improvement in weight, she is very lean only, tried variety foods and coloured foods also but no attraction on food, plz help me

Whether Rotavirus 1 and pcv1 vaccines are painful for 6 weeks Baby.. Any medication is there to reduce pain... If there pls inform it will be helpful.
