Child Health Issues

My nephew who is of age 29 days, is suffering from low fever(temp 98°F) since yesterday. He is not having feeding well since then. What can I do here? Doctor suggested us to use a syrup called if temp reaches 99°F.

My son is seven months old and he is not sleeping at night. we have changed his feeding time to make him sleep as per many adviced. We feed him ragi/broken wheat before 7 pm and not let him sleep till 9 by making him play. But still most of days he gets up frequently at night and needs to feed him. Is there anything else we can do to change his sleeping pattern

My kid 2.8 yr old suffering frequent constipation. He excrete after every 3 days. And complaints pain due to which avoid peeing which makes it more complicated. Plz suggest some remedy.

Fever. How much maftal-P dose. His weight is 20.5 kg. Gave him 7ml crocin 250 5 hours back. Still fever is 101.7.
