11 Month old infant having loose motions
My son test came positive in sugar reducing. Doc says there is no infection. he is not voimiting but losse motions are on. Mother milk is continued. No milk other than that. His teeth are also coming. he is 11month old. now a days he is very cranky and weak. we are feeding him with coconut water , ors regularly. enterogermina only. I wanted to ask when his loose motions will stop. he has rashes too. thanks. and we can start giving him lactogen. Shall we go for any blood test to rule out any infection in stomach. stool test routine was normal. kindly suggest

This is lactose intolerance it will take time you can give him lactose free milk please stop all milk products
This is a viral infection will take 7 to 10 days if you will give him lactose then loose motion will continue
