Loose motions in 4 month baby
My son is 3 months 21 days old. He is completely on formula milk Aptamil gold stage 1 since 2 months. He is having loose motions since yesterday morning which is slimy and sticky in nature. No foul odour, no fever. Baby is very active. I have given him gut bacillus and zinc oral drops once a day yesterday and once today. He has passed motions 8 times yesterday and 4 times today till 11 am. How much time does it take for him to recover? And should I change formula milk ? Please suggest.
