Child Health Issues

My 2 year old nephew is pooping everytime he eats something. Been to a doctor, they don't find anything wrong in particular. His energy level is fine, no other health problem either. But if he poops everytime once or even twice sometimes after every meal, is it normal? His poop is normal, no odd coloration or any indication of constipation or diarrhoea. What should we do?

Hi my son suddenly got a stiff neck and not able to rotate his neck towards right , he is crying whenever he dies and in pain. What should I do or which doc should we go,

My son is 3.6 years age. His hands and legs nails are going as layers and a new layer is getting started once the nail starts peeledoff. A photo of his legs nails is attached. These days he is crving for sugars and adicted to chocolates. I stopped chocolates and replaced with Dates. Now i am worried if these are symptoms of any deficiency or any extra intake? Or if really there is a problem to think? Kindly help if there is anything i should take care precautionary. These symptoms i am observing since more than a month. His nails started with one finger and now gradually all the fingers are showing like that.

My daughter has a  starts grinding teeth in sleep and it starts increasing that she continuously grinds it most of the time before a fit. Not very often, but before the fever proceeds she gets a fit... She is a bit slow in studies and acts stubborn at times. I wanted to know if i can give her Himalaya Mentat syrup to increase her concentration and boost her memory. I also needed advice for grinding of teeth whether it is due to worms as it is usually said.

She got 100 degrees fever on 10th feb night. We visited the doctor on 11th feb morning. Were told it's throat infection and is very mild. Relent+ medicine was prescribed. It's been 3 days. She's still getting fever almost every 9 hours though it's only 99 degrees. Do we need an antibiotic?

Hello, We gave Zentel 10ml 400mg syrup to 6 year old child in 3 months gap from the last same dose given. Is it a matter of concern as the recommended frequency is every 6 months. Is it considered an overdose?

I feel my baby is very hyper. He likes to have new toy/thing every few minutes. He does not wants to be at one place. He likes to be walked around and shown new things always. He shows anger these days which I feel is a bit intense for his age. If he misses his nap he will become very restless, starts to roll/fall in any direction. He likes only loud music, doesn't likes any new song/cartoon. He repeatedly watches the same 5-6 songs and asks to be changed when bored. But won't watch anything new. He has very less patience and won't wait for a second when I'm changing or cleaning him. Development wise, he says a few words, responds to his name, knows to sit, imitates bye, hi-fi, shows emotions like laughing, crying, temper, has likes and dislikes, has not got any teeth yet. He is very active, hyper and restless. Please advice how to try to calm him. He doesn't like calming music. It just doesn't hits him.
