15 months baby having high fever with loose motion. blood has been noticed in stool. What should do? Can I give her cow milk during loose motion?

My daughter is 17 months running now. Weight 9.5. Still she is unable to walk without support. My baby become too weak due to recurring fever. Since last few months after suffering fever she doesn't want to eat anything. Fever stays 102°C. 3 times fever in last month. 1) 1st time after passing 3 days of fever Dr prescribed Syp augmentin duo. 2) As per Dr. advise all medical test are being done. All reports are normal. 2nd visit during fever Syp septran was prescribed. 3) since last night she again is suffering fever. Crocin DS is working for 4 hrs. I changed Dr. & She prescribed cepodem 50 I'm very worried. Please let me know is the antibiotics harmful for my baby

My daughter, 5 year old. Suddenly got fever in evening. She is active . She is on holidays, at home, eating only homemade food. Dono why sudden fever . Gave p250 syrup 3.5ml in evening. I don't have thermometer. Temperature may b 100 as per my experience with her. Not more than that . She is active now . Apart from that I don't find any issues. Suggest some please
