Althrocin 60ml liquid can be given to 11 month old baby for running nose? And babyrub can be use for 11 month to 2 year old baby?

My baby is one month old and sleeps keeping his mouth open. Snoring sound will be there for few minutes( I can feel the gorr gorr... Sound when I lift him while sleeping) and reduces gradually. But keeps his mouth open most of the time.he doesn't seem to have cold.

Hello Doctor my baby is 2.4 years old and weight 12kg he is having constipation from past few days I was giving him relux syrup twice daily 5ml and I putting suppository regularly from past 4 days and giving him gripe water so only when I put suppository he poop otherwise he tries but can’t do please suggest me what to and I am feeding him lot of fiber and hot water to drink

Hello Doctors, I am looking for an advice for my daughter's (aged 7) pustule at the right knee area which has redness around it and yellow pus at the center with pain during movements. My son is having constipation problem from past 1 month, we have done stool test, ultrasound abdominal test and thyroid tests. Everything came out to be normal. And still after everything seems normal he is crying lot while passing stool.We are following proper medication and giving fluids and fibre food, but still no improvement in his condition.Please help us what to do? P.S: Currently we are using Aristozyme 1ml, Lactihep 5ml, Colicaid 5ml, Sorbiline 5ml. My pediac says it takes lots of time to cure, but as father i am unable to see my son crying whenever he passes stool.

Doctor has advise us to give Frisium when fever symptoms shows but when we give frisium child start vomiting after touching the small portion of tablet to the tounge. Pls guide
