My son had last week fever after that he is not taking anything to eat and he is taking only breastfeeding milk and what to do sir he become very week day by day

Hello Doctors, I am looking for an advice for my daughter's (aged 7) pustule at the right knee area which has redness around it and yellow pus at the center with pain during movements. This might be initiated due to an insect bite few days back. I have attached a picture of the same. We have applied boroline and chandan paste to cool it down. Any suggestions for a speedy recovery?

My pediac says it takes lots of time to cure, but as father i am unable to see my son crying whenever he passes stool.
