My son was given 1st dose of PCV vaccination on 29th of November from government hospital under central programme. When should be next dose of vaccination be given and of which brand as free vaccination under government programme is not available in Mumbai. Does brand difference of vaccination matter?

My first baby does not drink formula and his appetite is low and he looks very thin but my second baby is healthy and she drinks formula. What should be done to increase his appetite.
