  4. Dengue fever. Why fever came again?

My 7 yr daughter got dengue.fever started on 16th june.till19 it came.she was admitted to hospital from 21to 24June.platelets are increased.yesterday came home.today again fever came 100.I gave Calpol 250syrup.what to do in this situation.why fever came again
