My baby is nine months old.. Currently on solids and breastfeed.. Last week we put MMR vaccination.. After the vaccination baby stop eating solids properly.. Seems loss of appetite.. Confused whether it is vaccine effect?? If so how long does it last?? Pls suggest me solution.. Is MMR associated with loss of appetite???

I have 5 months old baby girl. I delivered her at government hospital. They had given all vaccines except rotavirus and pneumococcal vaccine. Is it necessary to give these vaccine? If yes then can I give her now? Actually she cry alot so I am in confusion. Some says it's not necessary. Kindly suggest

My daughter saying stomach pain abdomin i.e lower side of stomach..can you suggest any syrup.she is active only but still once in awhile once in 10 min she says tummy pain.
