Child Health Issues

Hi. I am a mother of 5 month old kid. She has very minute daane on her skin. She is not itching them but those can be felt as if sooji is spread all over. It's on the head face as well. Using tedibar as soap and clocip powder but no results. Please suggest.

My baby is 11 day old has a bilirubin content 12 and i have light in my home for jaundice. How much time jaundice light i should give and at what time as it is raining and no sunlight is there outside.

My wife had a delivery 2 days back and enough milk is not generated yet. Baby is not getting enough milk. Which doctor should I consult??? What is Staphylococcus haemolyticus ? Does it require critical treatment or does it pass away on its own ? And how is the treatment done in an infant ( 22 days ) is it very serious ?

My 8 months old baby is having persistent wheezing sound and runny nose since last few days. Today his body temperature was 99.5. I am currently giving relent plus 2 times a day. Today started with nebuliser once a day with Duolin. Please suggest if this is right treatment. If not any other medication? Also please suggest preventive medicine for cough and cold. P.S. - he was having similar cough and cold plus high fever few days back also.
