My 1 month child was suffering from cough and Dr prescribed wikoryl af but she is not hungry and sleeping for more then 7 hours is it normal

I have done a test for dengue. My test shows NS1- Weakly posotive, IgM- Negative and IgG- Negative what kind of treatment should i take

My daughter's BCG vaccination was given after 7 days of her birth. It was a small spot in her left arm. Now I am seeing that from last 3 days that BCG vaccination spot have turned to a small lump, the area have become red and it looks like that the lump have pus in it. My baby is having pain in her arm. Now she is 2.7 years old I am not able to understand why the BCG vaccination is reacting after so many days. What should I apply? I am really scared

Staphylococcus haemolyticus was present and they have kept under observation but haven't started the treatment . My boy ( 22 days ) will be under observation for 3 days is this normal or do they have to start the treatment right away ?

My 8 months old baby is having persistent wheezing sound and runny nose since last few days. Today his body temperature was 99.5. I am currently giving relent plus 2 times a day. Today started with nebuliser once a day with Duolin. Please suggest if this is right treatment. If not any other medication? Also please suggest preventive medicine for cough and cold. P.S. - he was having similar cough and cold plus high fever few days back also.
