Hi,
My son is 3.5 years, weight 14 kgs.
He is suffering from fever (100) going on and off for two days and today has a dry cough with heaviness in voice and a bit of running noose. Stool, urine and eating habit is fine.
Given paracetamol and sinarest but improvement is limited. Please advise.

This looks like a viral infection. It takes about 5-7 days to get better, regardless of the treatment.
Next Steps
I think you should continue with what you are giving for 2-3 more days.
Health Tips
keep the child warm. keep him well hydrated. watch out for very high fever not responding to paracetamol, it could indicate a secondary bacterial infection.
