Hi, My son is 3 yrs old now, He had an episode of seizures almost a month back. MRI report says he had hypoglycemiac insult in occipital lobe. EEG report says current is high in his brain. He is under medication with levipil 100 and Meconerv Z(dosage as prescribed by peadiatic neurologist ). Please suggest if this is right and what are the side effects of the medicine. Is there treatment in any alternative medicines like homeopathy. Please suggest.

I have not carried a dolo syrup for my 2.10yr old. Can I give him a 1/4 tab paracetamol. He is currently having fever and I am afraid it may get higher in the midnight.

My son is 1yr 2months and he had high fever on doctors prescription we have Crocin 240 suspension DS 2ml twice in a day and now we are facing side effects like skin allergic reaction, loss of appetite and tiredness. Kindly help me prescribe an antidote.

My 4.5 yo kid has cough and fever since yesterday. The fever was 101. I gave him p250 5ml twice yesterday at 6 hrs interval. What do you suggest? When should I visit the doctor? Should I continue the dosage. Thank you.

I met with a Car accident on 29th Mar 2019 & broke my Tibia & Fibula. I went through ORIF surgery on the same day & Stainless steel Rod has been inserted by the doctor. I was completely on my bed rest for 60 days since my surgery as per my doctors advice. After 60 days I visited my doctor for the final review  and doctor advised me to walk without support itself after complete examination of my broken leg and x rays. But I could not work on the same day without support but I started with Walker support. Today is 90th day since surgery e and I am working with a a Cane stick, but my question is when I start walking everytime, in the beginning of 4 to 5 minutes I would be having severe pain in the broken area, after 5 minutes I can walk with little bearable pain, how can  I avoid/reduce this pain? Please advise... Thank you for your kind advise & time in advance.

My son 1years 10month is having problem in passing stool. He spend lot of time standing in straight posture and putting pressure and then very lesser quatity of stool happenn. Even when we wash his buttock he sometime cry .please guide.

We are following the IAP 2016 vaccination schedule which recommended HepB at birth,6 weeks and 6months. We got the birth(Bevac) and 6 week (Infanrix Hexa) correct. 10week was pentaxim which doesn't contain HepB. At the 14 week visit the doctor recommended and gave my baby infanrix Hexa instead of Pentaxim. Please help with the below two Questions. 1) Is it safe to have taken the 3rd dose of HepB now instead of 6th month? Time difference between 2nd (6 weeks dose) and 3rd dose is 72 days. 2) Should we also take the 6th month HepB monovalent vaccine? Thanks in advance.
