Hello doctor from last 6 days my baby is suffering from heavy illness and loose motion what to do ???

My son who is 3 year 2 month old is having Recurring Cold, fever, cough and stomach pain while eating from 18 month. We conducted tb test, xray, blood test, urine culture test, ultrasound but nothing coming out.Every 15 days or max 60 days fever, cold, cough and stomach pain is coming back. Need help. I am highly worried so please any expert help me.We conducted all blood test and other necessary test. 6 month back ESR was 18% and now(20april2019)its 54%.Jaundice level 1.54 is detected and low calcium

From last 4 days he has fever and once attack of fiveral seazure. Giving ibugesic plus and frisium 5 but still fever is coming in 8 hrs. Fever started from Thursday morning and today is Sunday. My son has tongue tie and is 17 months old. Is it okay to do surgery with an anaesthesia or should we wait for one year as the muscle might relax and he'll be able to protrude his tongue outwards. He doesn't have any speech problem but has difficulty swallowing.
