Constipation
My daughter, age 1 year & 6 months, facing problem with constipation. Consulted a doctor too but his prescription didn't work much.
He prescribed: 1. Aristozyme 2. Emty- Stool softener syrup 3. Rubi Red 4. Glycerin Suppository
Before all above, we gave Milk of Magnesia for couple of days .
Also we give her Papaya almost everyday two times.
Could you plz suggest something good. Sometimes she cries under pain like anything.

U can start with syp. Lactulose / Duphalac 5 ml Three times a day..
And increase the fibers in diet .
Also.. increase liquid intake..
Avoid giving outside food, if u give.
Try it for 7-10 days .
If problem still persists, u can visit another Pediatrician or Pediatric gastroenterologist..
