Child Health Issues

Since yesterday night my 3 week old isn't feeding properly . Takes only a bit of milk and sleeps . He is disinterested in drinking milk even when I feed him while he cries for it . What could be the reason ? Pls help .

Dear doctor, My baby (2yrs9month old)have severe cough and cold past 10 days, I went to paediatrician 3times he gave many syrup but she is still not getting better. Main problem is she have very severe cough after taking food or water she will start coughing for long time... In two days I am going to put her in school I am very much afraid and depressed.. Daughter 1yr 10 months weight 10 kgs had 101.3 at pm gave her calpol drops 1ml Fever subsided after that and she was very active and normal. Had dinner and milk as well. At 11:30pm fever spiked again to 102.3, at 12:30 it's  102.6 can we give meftal p 3ml before the 4 hour gap (since we gave her paracetamol calpol drops at 9pm).
