There is little wax formed in my 2month old baby ear. Can we remove with a wet cloth twisted into ear? Kindly suggest how to remove?

Started this medicine from Yest. Hello Doc, My 2 months old baby is suffering from cold and cough since last 15 days. His paediatrician has advised mucolite drops and nasal drops for 10 days but still it has not reduced. There is no chest congestion but seems there is mucus in throat and nasal block. Please advise what is to be done now?

My 4 year old is complaining of loose motion today. She is having cough and cold as well. Should I give her any thing else other than enterogermina for now. For cough I gave her honey and ginger now. Please advise.

2.5 yr girl (healthy) has improper gait. When she started walking (around 1.2-1.3 yr old), we initially observed some wobbling. Later her physician assured that these issues correct with growth. We had also read that around 3 most of the gait issues resolve. Only recently she started dragging her right foot a little. I noticed her right feet looks mis-aligned unlike her left feet (see attached pic. it's some other kids pic from internet but her case is similar). Lot of articles point it to being a typical case of flat-foot or low tone pronation. I am concerned about the slight drag of feet she has developed. She is in no pain and hasn't endured any injury of late. I know I should see a Podiatrist but unfortunately where I live there are none (Solapur- MH). Please give me your advice and also what kind of specialist (other than Podiatrist) we should seek. In our city there are lots of pediatricians, physiotherapists and orthos. Thanks in advance.
