My son age 2.7 years Weight 12.5 kg From last two days symptoms Cold cough and fever Using Soventus jr syrup 4ml T minic syrup 4 ml Fepanil 4 ml Problem is fever coming again after 6 hours. Is it normal cold or anything..?

My baby is 23 days old today and I am a first time mom . He makes noises while sleeping . Whole night he makes noises and isn't a silent sleeper . What is the reason for this ? When do babies generally stop making noises while sleeping ?

My son, (DOB 24 Aug 2018, born prematurely 29 weeks) was given first MMR vaccine in May 2019 when he was 9 months old. The next dose is scheduled in November. As we are shifting to singapore, their health board is not accepting the first dose given to him at 9 months. Per their rule first MMR has to be given when child turns 12 months. As such, they asked us to give the first dose again and then the next one at a minimum interval of 4 weeks. I wanted to know if there is any harm in repeting the vaccine dose for my son. What should we do?
