Child Health Issues

Hello Doc, I am suffering from Tinea and my doc has prescribed Itraconazole tablets 200 mg along with cream. I am a breastfeeding mother to 4 months baby. He z exclusively breastfed. Please advise if Itraconazole is safe during breastfeeding and will not harm baby?

My son age 10 month weight 8kg. He has fever from yesterday.. Temperature varies from 100f to 102 f. After giving calpol drops temperature reduced for 1to 2 hrs. Yesterday he has muscus stool with asidic smell..From 2day he pooped 3times watery with green stool. We give probiotic.. doc give us omnicef o.. is it ok to take omnicef ? Attached prescription

Respectiv dr. my baby born on 3.10.19 vi a normal delivery at local hospital . Born time weight 2.700 kg And now her skin & fingers  yellow . Her bilirubin total - 12.90mg/dl Bilirubin direct .42 Blood group A + Dr advice only phototherpy 3-4 hours a day .no any medicine

My son age 10 months weight 8kg.. what will be the dosage of taxim o 50mg/5ml ? Doc give this medicine for my baby who has fever since yesterday and green stool for 3times .

Baby unable to poop at all for 2 days so far n before as well also grunts a lot with cry b becomes red, even while asleep grunts n cries for few sec, is it normal for not to go potty. He is 1 month 5 days old .doesnt sleep at all during day time at all in bed until kept on lap

My baby is 6 month old and I feed ragi and cerelac along with formula. His poop is little hard and he strains while pooping but won't cry. What can I do for this. He poops daily so I can't even use suppository. Please advise

Hello Doctor, My 8 month old baby developed some rashes around her diaper area and also hands and fingers. I fed her tomato puree( boiled and mashed tomato cooked with a little butter) on 10th, tomato and spinach puree on 11th and 12th, on 13th she didn't try any new food but I gave her some outside phirni (1tsp) which I totally regret now and we changed her formula from farex stage 2 to nan pro stage 2 due to unavailability of farex. On 14th she passed loose stool once and had some rash and today I.e on 15th rash on hand increased a little. On 14th and 15th I haven't fed her any new food. She isn't having any itching or any discomfort due to the rash and seems perfectly happy. What should be done? Please help

My baby is 3 months 21 days old has viral diarrhea for last 23 days ..first 10-15 days he poop liquid 8-10 times in a day ..ND now he poop semi liquid  4-6 times in a day .he passes urine more than 8 times in a day.i m giving him zinc 0.5 ml once in a day for last 14 days now I have started folvite tables half once in a day for last 3 days  as per pediatric gastroenterologist recommendation..she recommended folvite tablets for 1 months ..there is no serious infection in my baby stool as doctor said .there is no blood in baby poop but muscus present in his poop 2-3/hpf..when he will recover fully AR when his poop consistency improve .is semi liquid is okay for breastfeeding baby ??

Please tell remedy for gas in 1 month old baby. Can we give gripe water/ ghutti before 3 months? She pees daily abt 10 to 15 times n poops almost everyday.
