My 4 months old son has got these rashes and pimples in hands and legs after moving to my moms place in 2 days span. Body isn't affected. Doctor suggested antibiotics drops and ointment(MUPI). I would like to know the possible reason such as water change, pet (labrador which isn't bathed for a month), season change, insect/mosquito bite. Or he started rolling over and tried you crawl. How long does it take to recover.

My baby boy is 1.2 yr old. In December he had UTI. And we got to know that his HB level is 8.9 as on 20.12.2018. Dr prescribed tonoferron drop. After that on 17.04. 2019 April after CBC his HB level detected 10.3. Recently after CBC on 27.06.2019 his HB level is 10.7 g/DL. His HB electrophoresis done on the same resulted same hb level 10.7 and other result is Hb F 1.9%, peak 2 = 3.90 %, HB adult = 83.80%, HB A2 = 3.10%, others (non specific) = 5.90%. RBC COUNT =3.98 mill/mm3. PCV = 32.10 %, MCV=80.7.%, MCH =26.90%,RDW= 14.60%.. Lastly report said (Dr. Lal path lab) is NORMAL HB CHROMATOGRAPHIC PATTERN. After seeing the report Dr suggested another course of Tonoferron syrup 2.5 ml per day and Becosule Junior 2.5ml*2. Now my question is this is We are on the right path of treatment or not. Why HB level increases satisfactory in last 6 to 7 months. Or need different treatment. Please suggest.

By mistake given cetirizne ip 60 ml syrup which expired on Apr 2019 at quantity 3 ml, please suggest is any harm or any side effects to my 4 year old son

My son is 16 month old and since morning he has been suffering from high fever 102-103F.we started giving meftal p as there was no impact of paracetamol. Last time we gave 3 ml of mental P  @12.30 PM & 2.5 ml)Azithral 250  and by 1:30 PM it got little subsidized and now at  6:00 PM he again got 103F.its been only 5 Hrs after last dose. His weight is 9.8kg. Please suggest

He Rx some syrups. But still he cries too much while passing stool and that makes us too much worried, what to do, please help.
