My son is 12 weeks old. When he was 5 weeks old he started spitting up milk. My paediatrician prescribed Domstal suspension 1mg/ml. We used to give him Domstal when ever required but not regularly. But his vomiting did not stop. When we went for the 10th week vaccination, our paed increased the dose to 3 times a day.
Still now he keeps on spitting up after every feed. But the unique thing since beginning is that he vomits only after breast feeding and not when he is top fed/formula fed.
Sometimes he spits milk and sometimes curdish.. Please let me know what to do? And why is it that he vomits only after breast feeding and not after top feeding?

He may be having GER which is common at this age.. You can try positioning which works for many kids. Do proper burping and Keep always his upper body(above waist) 30- 45 degree angle to horizontal. A normal pillow will be enough to do this... Try this see for improvement for 1 week. And even with vomiting if babys wt gain is adequate nothing to worry.. meet your pediatrician if it is not resolved or poor wt gain.
