How many vaccines given to 2 and half month old baby and Which of them given a on arm to 2 and half month old baby

Recently we went to tirumala for 5 days and returned back to bangalore, due to water and climate changes he got fever and cough. Given P250 and Levolin for this. Fever is under control but cough is not at all coming down. Please suggest any antibiotics to get rid of this cough

Dear Dr, My son 4 and half months old suffering from severe cough and cold.past 2 days using 1.OPOX DROPS (cefpodoxime proxetil IP 25mg) and 2.Mudil- Ls (Ambroxol Hydrochloride Levosalbutamol & Guaiphenesin) Drops, 3.Sign cold ( phenylephrine HCI, chloropheniramine Maleate Drops IP) But no sign of improvement. My wife is worried a lot ,kindly suggest Better medicine . It's raining heavily here to consult paediatrician again. Thanks in advance 🙏

It's is my 4th day today after c section delivery and still not able to produce the milk whilst baby has tried sucking for 5-10 minutes daily. Should I go for breast pump or any other helping equipment to feed my baby breast milk ?
