My son has vomited 2 times he is having mild cold. What quantity of vomikind dose should i give to him.. And at what time interval?

One of our Regular pediatrician asked to do USG abdomen Scan and we did the same. And the Lab Technician told that as per the report The Gas had formed in Stomach and there is also infection Occured but it's not very serious. Any one can help me.

My baby is 1 and half year old. He is suffering from fever from 3 days. I have noticed that when his temperature was high then his cheeks was also red when his temperature was 101.4 but when temperature goes normal his cheeks also looks normal. Hello doctor I have my 4 month old baby . He is constipated since 10 days.
