My son is 7years with down syndrome but he is very short looks like he is 5years old kid his height is being stagnant not able to detect if he is growing
Is there any treatment for this for height growth

You will need to consult your pediatrician. Lots of factors play a role, especially genetic factors and hormones. Your child's present height first needs to be plotted on a growth chart. Heights of both parents need to be established and then an estimate of child's potential height can be determined.
Hormonal levels need to be determined. You might be also referred to a pediatric endocrinologist for further evaluation.
