8 month old baby down with wet cough

Asked for Male, 1 Years

Hello my baby is 8 month old & is having wet cough no fever but only cough. I'm giving him Himalaya Septilin 2.5ml thrice a day ; is it ok to give him & how long the cough will last ? He is also breathing very fast. Paediatrician gave Atharax .5 ml & mucolite 1ml thrice . Is it ok to give all these medications & how long will he take to recover from coughing.

Stop Himalaya product and atharax Continue mucolite and give Nasoclear nasal drops 2 drops each side ...in the nose . If breathing very fast u have to visit Pediatrician again and get check the lungs
