My 15-month-old boy swallowed a rubber earbud about 20 minutes ago. Should I be worried, or should I wait for it to pass in his stool?

My 5 year old son skin from few a days some red spot are seen,after drying the become black ,please advice me what type of treatment required for this।

My baby boy birth weight is 2.85 kg. now He is 5 month old and his weight is only 5.7 kg and height is 65 cm. Is this healthy weight gain or not. He is fully breastfeed baby.

My son turns 1 year old on 6.03.2025.his meningococcal conjugate vaccine first dose was done on 06.01.2025 ...also his hepatitis a vaccine is scheduled for 06.03.2025 ...his pediatrician said it's okay to have meningococcal conjugate vaccine in the 13th month which is 06.04.2025 ...is it okay to ha e it a month late ? As I have read it has to be completed by 12 months .

My 18-month-old son fell on the back of his head and vomited once. But he had just eaten breakfast and drank water five minutes before the fall. Should I be worried? He is alert and behaving normally now, but I want to check if I need to monitor anything.
