Hi dictor my newborn baby girl 27 days old making louder whistling sound few times a day sometimes during sleeping and sometimes during, after feeding... the sound is more audible even I am very far from baby.. I feel sound coming from mouth n likely inhaling way.. I am worried about these unusual sound..kindly explain

My baby girl 10 months old. Her birth weight is 3.1kg. present weight is 10.25 kg. Night she gets up 2 times for feeding. Shall I give her water while she gets up at night?

But today I noticed she did almost 350 ml during 9 AM to 9 PM. She drank almost 1.5 litre of liquid. Is the passing amount is too less? Is it a reason to worry? What can be the causes?
