Is it possible to have infection..if urine routine test is sterile normal but in culture it's showing e coli >105cfu/ml???

My toddler bumped his forehead after falling from the chair. His forehead swelling is not reducing. It's over 8 hours now. Pls advice.

My son is 2.9 yrs old . Hyperactive. In every situation he started to cry like anything. Too much arrogant. If he felt asleep in evening and if we wake up him forcefully after 20 mins or so he will start crying . My doctor last year prescribed me zincovit drops . Last year after using 3 months I stopped. But recently he becomes picky eater so I started again. But in night time he feels unusual hunger. Is it good ? In dinner he easts 3 breads with rice and veg soup. But before using zincovit he eats rice and veg soup or fish curry. Weight of my son is 11.9 kg . What to do? One of my frnd told me use DHA drop . Bcoz this helps his son to learn so fast and decreased crankiness. Can I use DHA drops? Will it help?

My 14 month son has cough and runny nose ..Not eating properly . Some times vomit.. from last 2days the cough has increased . And he had fever only in late night . Doctor give s chericof syrp 2.5 ml thrice day.. but after 3days It's not improving. So what can we do now??

My son is 3 years 1 month old. He was suffering from fever from 5 days. He is taking antibiotics and paracetamol. Today fever not there. But we did blood test for C reactive protein as per doctor's suggestion. Result is 9.40. higher than biological reference i.e. 0-6mg/l. What needs to do?
