Low breast milk
I am a mother of 3 months old baby. I have noticed that my breast milk has been decreased drastically. And my baby is not satisfied with the feeding and wakes up frequently at night from past 1 week. How can I increased my milk supply as before.

Increase liquid intake, take plenty of fruits and vegetables, stress free life and plenty of rest. These measures will promote breast feeding. If baby is voiding urine 6 to 8 times per day and sleeping after feeding, to some extent it tells breastfeeding is adequate.

Dear parents, Feeling is not true always, negative thought are fake, only criteria to know breast milk is adequate or not is growing weight of baby gain after a month. Normal weight gain in first quarter is 750gm to 1000gm per month.
