Dear Doctor, My son 5 months 10 days old, got red rashes a week back below chin.Used L-HIST syrup, Azikem suspension got reduced in 3 days. but after bath red rashes appeared shifted in different body parts, above eye lid and cheeks and on thighs too. Even in fingers and palm also observed. Using Keto B ointment from past 2 days bit of no use. Kindly suggest some better medicine. Can I use Cetaphil moisturizing lotion for my baby.?
