My 3 year old suffering from fever and also when he eat or drink something then he feeling pain in stomach , that's why he is not interested in food. he is already taking pacimol suspension syrup and oflamac-m 5ml . Please give any suggestions for stomach pain. What should I do ?

Hello Doctor My kid is 3 years 2 months.her weight is 13. She was 14.7 earlier in July 2019. She had cold fr past 1 month ,weight started reducing. She started taking less quantity of food. Whenever I give her food, she says no despite being hunger fr several hours.I am much frustrated . Sometime s I beat her,but no use. She poops very little in few pebbles once in two days. She was eating very nicely earlier I don't know y she doesn't show interest for food. This makes me much worried and stressed . Pls suggest what I have to do ,to make her eat well. How I can bring interest fr her to eat. Should I visit my paediatrician and get any medicine s for inducing hunger???
