Small white patches on baby face

My baby is 1 yr 8 months old and from last few days he is having minute white patches on cheeks. What could be the reason. Is it related to any deficiency of vitamin?

White patches on cheeks can be due to fungal infection.. apply some anti fungal +mild steroid cream..supplement him vitamin D,Eand calcium. Deworming is also required..
