My baby boy is 3 months old and has flat head from the back.
How it will be corrected?
Also, due to lockdown baby has not vaccinated( 2.5 months vaccine)
Please advise me on the above issues.

Most of the time flat head is normal but recent guidelines says that if your baby head is flat
U should consult to a Pediatric neurologist or at least a good pediatrician

Don’t worry about the flat head usually it will change by itself when the baby rolls over. Regarding the vaccination when the lockdown is released you can go and have safety first. If your paediatrician is giving then you can go ahead
Flat head is very commonly seen and it resolves easily .
1. Re-position your baby’s head (from left to right, right to left) when your baby is sleeping on his back with the rounded side of the head touching the mattress and the flattened side facing up.
2. " Baby head shaping pillow " are avaialble in amazon also.. they are specially designed for this

it's late by a few days.. nothing will happen.
Now vaccinate him the missed dose
