My kid got fever cold cough on Wednesday evening. Till now the fever has not reduced. That is it's getting reduced if we give ibugesic plus. But it's not reduced if we give p250. Her weight is 14kg. We are doing sponging but she is fussy and sleepy. Can we give p250 or ibugesic. Doctor said to give p250 for 3 days more. But it's not reducing fever. How much ml p250 to give? Does it cause side effects as this 4th day we are giving

Hello Doc, my baby is around 4 months her feed has dropped extensively earlier she used to take 60 mL formula n my breastmilk now she has stopped drinking formula and she drinks only 5-6 mins breastmilk. I am very worried. Her urine count is 10+ she is active but I don't understand why she has stopped the feed. What should I do??

Hello Doctor, My son is having a hard lump on the thigh after taking one and half month vaccination. And it's been one month since the lump is still in the thigh . But no redness/ pus formation in the injected area. Can I apply thrombophob ointment upon doctor advice? Please advise Thanks in advance.

My daughter who is 10 years old is getting fever of around 101 every 5 hours even after using fepanil 500 5ml. It's been 3 days since now. I have used meftal p syrup once between and fever did not come for 10 hours. But again came after that. What's the solution

My 1.5 year old baby fell down while walking and got hit on her forehead. This happened on Thursday night. From wed morning that is one day before the fall itself.. she is having fever and cold and vomitted 2 times by coughing on Wednesday. After the fall also.. she vomitied 1 time after giving milk that too with severe cough she vomitied the milk and after that she is all fine..now fever also reduced and she is active.      Immediately after the fall there was swelling in her forehead , a small swelling.. and after 2-3 days.. it disappeared completely. I consulted a pediatrician near by , they told we cannot find whether vomit is due to fall or cold. So take CT scan. Again i consulted another pediatrician, he told..this vomit may be due to cold and cough. Because she has vomited before the fall also. And she seems to be active and no need of CT scan as of now. If she is normal, you can leave it. Pls suggest what to do..im really worried about her.

Hi, My daughter (5 month old ) has developed round, reddish rashes on her thighs. Initially, her skin was just red, but later, the rash appeared (as shown in the attached image). At first, we thought it might be an insect bite, but we're not sure now. Could this be an infection? Please advise.

My kid is unwell from aweek now. We are giving p250. Fever is dropping for few hours and is back again after 3hrs of medicine. Recently from past 2days his underlip is swollen and has some white rash. Dctr has suggested to give cefixime 2.5ml for 2times & it's been 2days now. He's not eating anything and is only on breastfeeding since a week.

Hi, my son is now 1.5 years old and from the last two days he was not eating well. Last night he vomited but today he didn't. We thought it could be an infection or viral but he doesn't have other symptoms and passing urine and poo normal. He has a history of acidity and rejected food at that time. We can see he has red cheeks which he generally has during teething and we can see new teeth. So my question is do teething cause acidity??

My son was born on Nov 2 2024,from that day onwards he likes to sleep on day time only. Last two weeks,he will fall asleep around 4 to 5 am morning till 1 pm or 2 pm noon,in between he will cry for feeding that's all,till 2 whatever we do he won't open his eyes even bathing also. He prefer naps at 6 pm and 10 pm and 1am that was exactly 30 mins. We tried everything like day and night time difference, outing for full day nothing works. He doesn't sleep night time and wants to talk or play on night. Can you please help me to make hime sleep at night?
