My daughter who is 10 years old is getting fever of around 101 every 5 hours even after using fepanil 500 5ml. It's been 3 days since now. I have used meftal p syrup once between and fever did not come for 10 hours. But again came after that. What's the solution

Usually Viral fever will stay for 2-3 days
If fever is present even after 3 days then need to do basic blood tests like CBP, CRP

As the fever is consistent for 3 days. It’s better to do investigations cbc crp and fever profile. Consult a pediatrician.
