Does 2nd vaccination has to be exactly on 6 weeks after birth? Can it be a day or two earlier? Thanks.

My baby had a runny nose and cough initially. Runny Nose is ok now but there is still a little cough. For the past 4-5 days on the back of his neck and ear redness keeps appearing, he starts itching and also cries a lot until wo put ointment. It happens 2-3 times a day.
