Child Health Issues

Hello Doctor, My Son is 23 months old and his weight is 9.5kg and his height is 82cm. He don't eat properly only 2-3 bites from every meal. Also he don't speak much only one word like papa mama cow he speak around 11-12 words. What should I do please suggest the best. I am going through a very bad phase. Also is his height and weight is normal or is he underweight. Also Doctor he don't eat any fruit we tried everything he don't accept any fruit even we tried home made mango juice, banana shake He don't accept anything. Please help me

Hi doc, My 4 yr old has a mouth sore. i think since 2 days..she has not complained about it before..i have been giving her tender coconut water because of summer heat also.but still this happened..We will consult a pediatrician soon.But she is having lot of pain and crying..As it is night time,no doc will be available nearby soon..Any gel we can use to apply for kids inside mouth to comfort her for time being?I remember one doctor giving my elder kid zytee mouth gel to appy when she had hand foot- mouth illness..but i am not sure if it can be used for this as well..please suggest what to do.pic is attached for reference.
