My daughter suffering cold and runny nose last 14days...dctr prescribed cetirizine syrup and nasal drops..but no improvement till now today I noticed dry cough type...so what to do plss suggest

This is a viral cough and cold most likely. It can go on for 3 weeks also. If the child is active and no weight loss or weakness, nothing to worry about. Continue the same. Follow up regularly with your pediatrician to rule out any other illness.
