My son who is 2 year old, got all the vaccination in time till now, when he should be given polio vaccination, and want to know about de worming syrup

My baby is 14 months old (13 months corrected). He was one month preterm. Can crawl, stand with support, pull himself up to  standing position holding everything. He can cruise as well however not started independent walking. Is this normal? He claps, waves hand as well. He says baba mama tata dada.. can understand commands like show me your hair, nose, tongue. He says "jaah", gagi (car) but not always. Are all these signs of normal development or is there any delay?

The baby has had a fever for the last 10 - 12 days and when we talked to the doctor he said to quickly admit the baby to the emergency and after doing the blood test , crp results and leukocyte count where too high and doctor said it is an early stage sepsis we want to know how much time will it take for the baby to recover he is now treated with  IV antibiotics and baby is showing activity and he is not under oxygen support as he doesn't need that will help be alright? But the doctors are not doing any tests like blood tests to know if the conditions like leukocyte count and crp level have gone down or not since the last 48 hours when will they do the test ? Does it usually take this long to do the test  in a baby ?

The doctor prescribed to give 2.5 ml zinc gluconate Twice daily but we gave 5 ml twise for 3-4 days by mistake is there any side effects in future.

My baby weighed 3kg at birth and now weighs 5kg at 4 months old since 2 months she gained only 1 kg. Her weight gain seems slow. Should we consider supplementing with formula to support her growth?

Hello Doctor's, My baby is 9 months and she is having loose motion 3 to 4 times a day. She poops after sometime having a meal. Poop colour is normal but sometimes it's watery and sometimes loose. She drools all the time. I gave her 6, 7 drops of colic aid drops and thought it would help but it didn't. Kindly suggest what to do.

My 2 year old son active and healthy, eats and play well, looks he has big belly! His weight is 10kg, and  height is 86cms I have also attached a photo His daily activity is totally fine.. Please tell me if it is a matter to be worried, which I'm actually worried now

My baby got cough and seems there is mucus in throat . We are using nebuliser 3% ns 3ml . Can u please suggest is it fine or any x ray needed or any tonics ?
