My baby age 3 month, Baby was lying in bed, suddenly I saw a very small spider enter into Baby's nose, but baby didn't sneezing,I put saline drops in the baby's nose.No abnormalities were observed in the baby, everything about the baby was normal, কি What should be done now?

My baby is almost 9 months old. I started solids 2 months ago. He ate well for about a week, but since then, feeding has become very difficult. For the past 2 weeks, it has gotten worse, he refuses all solids and water, cries when I try, and only wants breastmilk. His birth weight was 2.9 kg and now he is 7.6 kg. I’m feeling quite stressed and exhausted as this is affecting my sleep and eating as well. Please advise.

Hi as my daughter is having high fever and it is coming in 3-4 hours and with paracetamol ds it doesn't get lower down , can we flexing in a gap of 4 hours. Please help Thank you
