Vit B12 level is borderline but homocysteine levels seem to be on the higher side ( it would have been better to evaluate if one had mentioned the unit behind the numbers). Does the child have hyper pigmented knuckles? It could be due to folic acid, Vit B12 deficiency or some metabolic conditions
