Fever and throat pain
My daughter is 6 yr old and weight is 18kg. From yesterday she having fever between 99.4 to 100.6. Yesterday from afternoon three time in gap of 4 hrs ..I gave her calpol 250 5ml.
But still in morning she having fever 99.6 and showing throat pain while swallowing liquid as well.

It's likely a viral infection. Fever can go on for 3 or 4 days but will slowly decrease. Don't give medicines for fever less than 99.5. wipe the body with lukewarm water. Visit a pediatrician for check up and treatment
