Child Health Issues

Hi doctor, I m a mother of 3 months 13 days old baby. I m giving both bm&fm.  Last 2 days my baby is passing gas and stool for every feeding while feeding itself (both bm&fm) in small quantity. She usually passes stools once in a day or once in 2 days. Now she is forcing herself to pass  stools while feeding itself. Stool looks yellow colour, small quantity,not watery. But now she passed stool yellow colour with some black spots in it what is that black colour spots in it? I m sacred.  Attached the stool photo (kindly sorry) please advise, Thank you.

My 18 month old daughter suffering from constipation for last one month I have given Syp Duphalac but there is no result what should I do next to over come this...

Hello Doctor, my child is 5yr old. My child's body temperature rises to 99-99.4 after evening. For most of the day the temperature remains below 98.6. He is playful and not complaining. Food intake is also normal. His palm and forehead feels little warm. Since last month or so he passes stool alternate days,but it's color is normal. Can you please help if this body temperature of his is ok or requires consultation ?

My son is 4 and has speech delay ( learning and IQ is good and all assessments have been done) which is why some blood tests were done as advised by his new doctor. One of which was MMR antibody. My son has received MMR vaccine and his current Mumps Igg is >300 and Igm is 2.70 ( range indicates positive for >1.1) Does this indicate current infection. He has no symptoms at all. The tests were done on 24/07 and reports received a week later. Is it possible that he has an infection without symptoms? Can a kid get mumps even after vaccination?
