My baby is 7 and half month old frm 2-3-4days days she having cold and cough and Los motion today i visit doctor they told little chest congestion prescribed sinarest af and betycof ls and ors aztrin is it serious having chest congestion. My baby taking feed only sleepy mood and crying and watery loss motion doing and less urination what should we do to relief

Continue with prescribed medicines, add zinc syp 2.5ml two times and probiotics sachets fir loose stool..give plenty of ors or lemon juice for rehyadration

If she is able to feed it's ok u can continue same medicines.. If baby is very dull, not taking feeds, breathing fast and having chest indrawing with breath then u need to consult ur pediatrician on emergency basis
