Child Health Issues

My kid is 6 year old. She is generally a hyper active baby but for past 2 days she lies down all the time and sleeps off easily for hours. She doesn't have fever, cold and anyother issue. She just lies down and sleep all the time for past 2 days. Food intake is comparatively less but not drastically less. Please advice

My baby is 3.5 months old.He got strep throat from yesterday after excessive loud crying and has hoarse voice. However he is feeding well as usual and has no fever .Kindly suggest on this.

My 5 months old daughter (6 kg)  is sneezing quiet a bit today and her eyes are watery. Is there any home remedy that we can try.

Can i give dulcolax paediatric suppository 5mg for my 18 month old chid for Constipitation she is suffuring from last ten days

She was jumping and a small nail pricked her left feet. A pin prick wound and not even 1/4th drop of blood came out of the pricked area. I cleaned the area and applied antiseptic cream.its been 6hours now.attaching the wound picture. She was given DTP when she was 18months old. Now she's 3yrs.3months. Should I get her a tetanus shot? Or the shot given at 18months of age would take care of the wound. Due to this corona virus pandemic taking her to a doctor for a shot is very risky.please advice what I should be doing.

My son 4 month 28 days old. He has been suffering from skin infections which is not permenent. On his private part red patch is there which settle after putting candid powder on it and it comes back after he pees. Also on this body red pimple type acne comes in and goes away after 1 hour or so when we put on air conditioner. I am attachjng both pictures kindly help.

Hi my daughter is of 26 days she is suffering from loose motions from 2 days our local doctor gave ofloxacin and metronidazole suspension with dosage of 5drops for every 6 hrs is it recommendable as there was a note on the bottle indicating drug may lead to low blood sugar and mental health related side effects I'm worried please suggest me whether to continue with the medicine or not. I have used to doses of this medicine for baby her motions quantity got reduced but still she is having motions with less quantity
