Hi, I have 2 months old baby. After a month of delivery i got milk blister in my right breast. Its paining initially while feeding baby, after sometime pain subsides. Please suggest how to treat it and remove it. Thanks a lot

My son jaasiel, 5 years old, is under ur treatment sir. In first consultation u gave him azhithromycin and probiotic sachet , which we completed. Again he was having redness, u added mucolite, fenigra and levocetrizine... Which is also about to complete. But still redness is there inside wen i tell him to open mouth. Definitely it is less but not completely gone. He is not having any pain , no fever or any discomfort just one thing i noticed is his hands and feet gets very cool wen he run or plays actively and at night he has lil cough...We r avoiding cold things but he is eating lot of biscuits these days. After eating food also , he will say he wants to eat biscuit, feeling hungry. Actually this month his deworming was due... So that also i wanted to clarify. Can i deworm him along with current treatment as he is already taking levocetrizine at bedtime. Just help me out sir.

22days baby taking 30ml milk every feeding even then she demands for milk.. since 1 week not passing stool.. what is the feeding measure of 1month baby..

Hello Doctor, My son is 5 years old and suddenly got a blister on the rightside big toe. We applied merbromin solution 2% on the blister but this morning the blister spread to the adjacent toe.The previously assumed water blister now has multiplied in the same spot with many white dots inside.I am attaching the picture of his big toe and the adjacent toe. Please advice

My daughter is suffering from dry cough since the past 2 months. Earlier, the cough lasted only for a couple of seconds, but since the past couple of days she's coughing a lot. There's also a little mucus coming up in her cough. She doesn't have any other symptoms of fever, sore throat or runny nose. Doctor has prescribed Singulair tab 5mg at bed time and gargling with warm water thrice a day for the next 10 days on tele- consultation. I just started her medication today but I'm worried since her cough has suddenly increased. What could be the reason? Kindly advise.

Hi sir/ Madam, My son is 5 yrs old... He will be turning 6 in coming September. His vaccination  VERICELLA and TYPHOID CONJUGATE which should b given between 4.5 to 5.5 years are pending. Due to the pandemic i dont think i vl be able to get him vaccinated before age 6 .. Can you please let me know if i can put those vaccinations even after 6 years of age?? Thanku

DTaP booster -1 and MMR booster for my 5 year old daughter are pending. She just turned 5 years. Since no paediatrician is available due to COVID can we postpone the vaccination?? When can we next put that vaccination?
