Usage of ornaments - preterm baby
Hello doctor, i am having a son age of 54days. He is preterm baby. Can i wear vasambu and other ornaments to him. Also when can i use face powder and other lotions to him. Now he is 2.5kg weight. As far as I am wiping him by using wet towel along with lukewarm water.

You can use lotion for baby..but dont use vasambu and other ornaments, you should postpone it..
Powder makes skin dry so avoid it...
Now you can give bath to your baby...no problem

Vasambu is not advisable to babies, face powder too. U can use lotion. Regarding ornaments now it's ok but when he starts mouthing should be careful of choking

Vasambu, face powder is not advisable for babies. Ornament that doesn’t harm babies you can use.
You can start bathing the baby now.
