My son is having loose motion since 3 days. Whenever he eats cerelac and khichdi he passes watery motion.plz give valuable advice and suggestions

During day time no issue with my daughter but during night while sleeping she snore a lot and this started after she suffering from cold. Due to this she does not sleep well. Any idea, how to get rid of this cold?

Hello Doctor, My 6months old daughter has developed red spots beneath her Neck. I have attached a pic for your reference. Earlier we have observed the red spots on legs and hands and started using Cetaphil lotion. But now the latest are some what weird.The baby is active though without any fever Can you please suggest how to get rid of the red spots. Thanks.

My son, 2 yrs old. Still not clear in talking. Does some blabbering, but not a proper word. When we try to engage with him he looks otherwise most of the time. He listens and engage with us only if we sing some of his favourite songs. For Other activities like running, playing everything fine. Only while talking he neither try to learn or can.
