My daughter suffering from indigestion and passing dry tite stool not easily and becoming very weak and eating very less please suggest me best medicine..🙏

Hi, Reduce milk and biscuits Give green leafy vegetables daily Give plenty of liquids/ water frequently Make her to sit on potty seat to pass stools. If stool still hard, give plenty stool softener (Syr Duphalac)
