6yr old child cough a lot and feeling like चक्कर आना, what medicine should I give him and what could be the reason

My son is 2.5 years older, he had cold and cough a month ago or so and since then he is getting cough twice or thrice a day specially while waking up from sleep, pls suggest what could be the reason and how can we get it clear

My son is 8 Do I need to increase his D3 drops? Since birth I am giving him 0.5 ML. Does D3 deficiency cause him he doesn't sit without support more than 5 minutes. But he rolls over both side., Moves all over home on stomach.

Sir/mam My 3 year old daughter was  having stomach ache,5days ago.There was mucus in her stool also. After that she was advised Zincocin 100 syrup and Distab soluble tablet and ORS . Now there is no mucus in stool but she complains of stomach ache for few seconds only, particularly in the morning after having breakfast. Afterwards she doesn't complain of any ache. She is playful and eating well all day long. How long will it take to recover completely? Or do i need to continue the medicines for few days more?

Dear sir Baby having watery nose and cold since week . We went hospital and used monocef and maxtra drop also but till now no cure .. kindly reply me any other drops .. Weight 8.5 age 10 months running Thanks
