Cold fever drooling
My 10 month old had runny nose a day before.. shes all cranky and fussy... We noticed shes feverish since yesterday and had administered paracetamol twice. Runny nose is reduced but fever hasn't. Could she be teething? Shes toothless until now... Also I gave noticed a lot of drooling n salivating since she caught cold. Please suggest.

Hi Check temperature,If more than 99.4 deg F , then it is fever. Viral infection take 3-4 days to settle. Drooling could be due to teething. If fever continues consult nearby paediatrician to rule out throat infection
