Hi doc 6 month old baby's reducing substance test positive. She is suffering from loose motion from past 1 days and is on antibiotics Does this means lactose intolerance? Baby is exclusively on BM. Is this permanent? Need help.

My son is about to complete 3 in march. Though he utters some words and rhymes, which he used to listen but doesn't do any direct verbal communication to us. However he understands everything and make us do all his wishes by indicating or pointing towards what he wants. He plays no. Of games actively likes boxes joining and others as normal. Everything looks normal except direct verbal communication to us. Please suggest that how can I help him to improve, rather we encourage him to talk more. Or can I consult to any specialist of this field.

Dear sir Attached priscription Baby age 3 months 15 days .. weight 7.8kg Birth weight 3.8 As we seen since birth sometimes he have cold in chest we used nasovion drop sometimes .. And now 5 days ago we went for 10th week vaccination doctor not given vaccine becoz of cold cough and written prescription. Now my query is even after used this priscription no use still he feel cold and mucus in chest pls advice further treatment and tips pls .. and  pls tell any other drops .. We giving neubilisation also per day 1 time for 10 mins Can I use kufrill drop if yes pls tell Thanks

Hello, my daughter is 2yr 7 months old. She has been showing too much tantrums since last one months. Without any reason also she starts crying screaming n puts her hand in mouth n cry.. due to which she evens vomits n coughs. We are not even able to hold her or anything at that time. Is there anything we can do? Is this normal at this age?

6 weeks old baby having ear pain since 7 days .. consulted a local physician he suspected ear pain and prescribed otogesic 2 drops 3times a day . The pain subsided for 3days .. again it started today with a bit redness around ear . Please suggest Baby weight 4.3 kg
