Child Health Issues

My baby is taking only Iron and VitD3 since birth. Current age of baby-7 months ,weight- 7 kgs, height- 24 inches.

My son (2 years 5 months) started loose green stool 5 days back (11 mar evening). We were on vacation (del to shimla). Just after loose motion he got high fever with pain in eyes. We gave paracetamol and cold towel compress . Next morning went to Paediatrician (12 March). Temp was 103. He gave ondem syrup, enterogermina, calpol syrup and ors solution for 3 days and advised watch for redness in stool. Fever has gone now but body feels warm sometime in night. I am giving 1 enterogermina daily for 5 days now. My baby is playfull and doesn't show any sign of discomfort. But whenever he eats he feels like something is going down in his stomach and after some time he poops green mucus stool which is very smelly sometimes. Urine is clear white. Please  advise how to stop green stool. Right now only entergermina and ors is being given and no anti biotics. Is it something to worry or is a common thing???

My baby is 1year 15days can we get her vaccination done after a week or two. Is it fine to delay baby vaccine by a month

What exactly are the ill effects of paan on a 4.5year old child? The concerned amount is a bite of a "made up" paan offered time and again.. also many people say that betel leaf in itself doesn't harm a child. Is it true?

Hello My baby is 7 months old his head is flat in the back as he used to sleep on his back more than other position . May i know whether the head shape ill change afterwards or is that normal

My lo is 6.5 months old now weighing 7.6 kgs. She's not crawling ahead yet, doesnt even trying moving forward on her tummy. Though sometimes she lifts her bum and hip when she is on her tummy. She moves backwards. Also not able to sit for more than a minute on her own. Should i worry?

Doctor advised to do a stool examination for my 6 years old baby,which shows Mucus present,undigested food residue Present ,veg cell Present,and pus cell 2-3 HPF. Yeast negative. Please tell me doctor is there any need to worry about it?is his report normal?
